Besides studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments, the tower has flexible studios, King’s layouts with a signature dressing area, and Ocean Residences, a separate wing of larger suites nearer the water. Some homes gain a convertible layout, a multipurpose room, a dual-access bathroom or a laundry area of their own; the King’s units carry wardrobe and dressing suites in light-toned finishes.
