Yas Riva Reserve sits on the Yas Canal at the edge of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi — Aldar’s own words for it are "a gated waterfront village of 292 single-row villas, set along the canal at the edge of Yas Island".
Three Aldar names sound alike and are not the same thing. Yas Riva Reserve is this gated villa community. Yas Riva is the separate earlier waterfront project on the same stretch — launched in 2024 and now under construction, with its own handover and price list. Aldar places Yas Riva Reserve directly opposite Yas Riva, to the northeast of Yas Island, connected to the island by a new bridge.
