Which dates Modon has actually printed — and which it has not.

Some Modon releases on Hudayriyat Island carry a printed handover or completion date; others carry none at all. This page is the whole table, one row per community and phase, with the document each date is printed in beside it — and with the rows where Modon has printed nothing left visibly empty rather than filled from a portal, a press line or a guess.
A date here is the developer's schedule as its own document states it. It is not a contractual promise to any individual buyer, and where the catalogue feed carries a different quarter we show that separately, under the reported label, so the two are never mistaken for one another.

Construction status, contractor and phasing are unpublished across the island, and several products carry no date at all. Each line below is a question we will put to the developer for you rather than an answer we are willing to invent.
The two earliest dates Modon has printed are Nawayef Park Views at Q1 2028 and Al Naseem at 1 March 2028. Both are the developer's scheduled dates as its own documents print them, and both are subject to change; nothing on the island has been handed over yet.
Bashayer, Bashayer Residences, final chapter (7 Jul 2026): 30 April 2030. Wadeem Gardens runs later still on paper — The factsheet prints only a Month 54 instalment (April 2031), inside Q2 2031; Modon’s Wadeem Gardens page states the handover itself. Modon’s own page is newer than the document pack and states a handover the pack does not; owner rule 2026-09-23: where Modon’s site is newer, its date stands. — so it has no completion date to compare.
Bashayer has been released in chapters, and each chapter carries its own factsheet with its own date: Bashayer Villas (Select, Shore) Q1 2030; Bashayer Residences, Nov 2025 release Q2 2030; Bashayer Residences, final chapter (7 Jul 2026) 30 April 2030. They are three releases of one community, not three revisions of one date.
Not from the factsheet — it prints no handover date, month, quarter or year, and for a long time this page said so. Modon's own website prints "Handover: Q3 2030" against all eight products, and its FAQ says the community will be ready by August 2030, which falls inside that quarter. Since 23 September 2026 the date above is Modon's published one, cited to their page and captured on that date. The catalogue feed had been showing Q3 2030 as an inference of its own; Modon has now published the same quarter themselves.
Wadeem is sold as serviced villa plots, so what Modon dates is the plot, not a house: November 2028. The villa is designed, approved and built by the buyer afterwards under Modon's design code, which sets its own approval stages and timings.
No. Every Nawayef row in the table above reads December 2028: the East Hill and West Hill schedules end on a final payment tied to completion with no date beside it, and no Nawayef factsheet prints one.
